4th of July

I don't know exactly what is causing me to be so lazy with the blog updates, but hopefully I can stay on top of things now that my maternity leave is coming up... and I will definitely have NO excuse to not post new blogs often!

Also, my sister and I are starting up a lifestyle blog together (another blog that I am also neglecting and being super lazy about!) and although it has been tedious and difficult getting it started and launched, I am SUPER excited about it and hope to be able to share it with everyone very soon! :)

Now without further ado...


4th of July
Ruben, Riley & I went to a family friend's house for a BBQ on the 4th of July and enjoyed lots of food and moon bouncing! We didn't stay for fireworks there because Riley was ready for a nap, so we took her home and let her sleep and when she woke up we took her outside to see the neighbor's fireworks. (we're awesome parents, we know!) Riley, however, wanted absolutely nothing to do with any fireworks! Ruben thought she would get a better fireworks experience watching Disneyland firework shows on YouTube. She did enjoy them, I have to say.

I definitely had more pictures from that day, BUT, Riley recently discovered my "delete" button on my phone and I just figured out that she deleted a lot of pictures that I took before I uploaded them :( Another sad story, I let her play with my regular camera one day for fun and she dropped it right on the lens so now it has trouble focusing. WAHHHHHH!
